Sleaford Wheelers Women's Section

Calling All Ladies! Welcome to the Women’s section of Sleaford Wheelers!
We’re proud to have one of the largest women’s memberships in the area, with 49 members and counting. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for female cyclists of all abilities.

What’s Happening in 2025?

  • Monthly Ladies Rides: Join us on the first Saturday of every month, year-round. Over the colder months, we stick to a shorter loop to Swaton, but as the weather warms up, we venture further afield. With three groups tailored for every ability, there’s a pace and distance for everyone.

  • The Skegness 100: Don’t miss our famous 100-mile ride to Skegness with a pub finish on 20th September – a highlight of the year!

  • Ladies Weekend Away: 31st May, the group is heading to Matlock Bath, a charming town nestled in the Derbyshire Dales, known for its stunning countryside, rolling hills, and winding lanes.

  • Social Gatherings & Extra Rides: Beyond cycling, we organise social events and encourage members to plan additional rides together.
