The pace depends on the ride group, below is an example:
- Social rides: 10-12 mph.
- Intermediate rides: 13-15 mph.
- Advanced rides: 16+ mph.
However, ride leaders will adjust the pace for the weather and rider abilities.

We recommend bringing:
