SWCC AGM 28th November 2022
This year the SWCC Annual General Meeting will be held at 7.30pm onMonday 28th November at the Village Hall in Silk Willoughby. All members of SWCC are very welcome to attend this meeting.
One of the main functions of the AGM is to elect the officers of the club and to appoint other committee members and volunteers, all of whom play a very important role in the running of our club. Please Click Here for more information about the SWCC Committee, Committee Roles, and Volunteer Roles. This also gives information about how you can be involved.
** As noted in my previous email we no longer have a race secretary to run our club time trials and it is essential that we appoint a person or indeed a team of people who will take on the running of our club Time Trials for the coming year if these popular events are to continue. Please Click Here for further details of this role.. **
Please send all nominations and/or offers to join the committee to julie@chris-close.com by Sunday 20th November.
The AGM is also an opportunity for all members of the club to have a say in shaping the future of our club, so we would like as many members as possible to attend.
If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions that you would like to be discussed at the AGM, please let me know by Sunday 20th November so that these can be included on the agenda. If you are not able to attend the meeting but have any questions you would like raised, please let me know.
Hopefully see you there,
Kind regards
