From time trials to road races, these trophies represent dedication, skill, and a love for cycling. Explore this page to see the current holders of our coveted trophies and celebrate the achievements that inspire our club community.

The Club has a number of trophies and awards, mostly made at the annual dinner and prize presentation, and for some of those awards riders need to submit a claim - see below for details.

All awards are for 1st Claim members of Sleaford Wheelers CC only (unless otherwise stated).

One rider one award’ per event (e.g. if the winner of an event is also a Veteran - the winner takes the overall award; the next-placed Veteran rider takes the Vet’s award).

Awards on Standard (for Veterans) are calculated using the VTTA’s current Standard tables.

Best All Rounder awards are calculated on aggregate mph/time and Standard awards are aggregate ‘plus’ on Standard mph/time

Age categories:

  • Juvenile age 12 to 16th birthday

  • Junior age 16 to the end of the year of the rider’s 18th birthday

  • Senior 18-39

  • Veteran (Vet) age 40+

Claims for awards (especially for Championship and BAR awards) and records should be made to Rob Frisby frisbrough@aol.com no later than 31st October; if requested a result sheet should also be provided.
