The LRRA has not got a 50 event of its own it will be incorporated in the Scunthorpe 50 on 3.7.11 As our club 50 championship will also be incorporated in this event, members will have to submit 3 entry forms if they wish to enter both the LRRA and our club championship.

TLI Road Race Wed 27 July

All Lincs League TLI events are entry on line. Please ensure you bring your Licence. A day licence can acquired at the event. The events are open to all levels and are handicapped. The handicap generally ensures that all
groups come together on the last lap which means that riders in the slower groups still
stand a chance of gaining a good result.

Broxtowe Challenge inc Beeston CC Criterium – 10 July
A new event for 2nd, 3rd and 4th cat riders at the Giltbrook retail park, an exciting criterium circuit has been created in the retail parks car park. There will be Go Ride racing for novice U16 riders and everyone will also have chance to ride the crit circuit in the Broxtowe challenge. Online entry is available through the Broxtowe council website.

GT Ellingworth and GA Bennet RR 17 July
Witham Wheelers (Grantham - Lincolnshire) still have plenty of spaces available for their 2 road races on the 17th July, with permission for up to 80 riders in each event.
The 77km GT Ellingworth for 3/4/J/L categories and the 113km GA Bennett for E/1/2/3 events are held on a rolling course on quiet country roads with the main hill approximately 1 mile before the finish, it usually produces good racing. The event is supported by several local businesses including local lightweight specialist cycle shop Pedalpushers of Grantham adding to the prize fund. Lichfield city centre crits – 28 Aug
If you want to travel a bit further afield, a new event on the calendar is the return of Lichfield city centre crits, with events for all categories this should provide an exciting days racing for all whether you are a rider or a spectator.
